I didn’t really bother waking up early for the Pokémon Presents thing as I fell off playing the games after Scarlet and Violet, but uh, new mainline games! However… I don’t know how to feel about the starter designs except the water type. Browt looks like an angry bird and I still can’t unsee it after saying it. Pombon… is adorable but just… eh, I don’t know… looks like a generic dog. Also while typing this, my friend said that Gecqua looks like a Littlest Pet Shop toy and now I can’t unsee that either. I feel as if the designs are getting worse and I’m worried about the legendaries. On the positives, the game looks beautiful and the trailer showed off one of my favorite Pokémon, Tropius!

These past couple of days have... been crazy for me. I haven't been feeling great. Not sick, just not feeling motivated to do anything at all. I also had more restless nights. I was going to start chapter 16 of SaGia on Monday or Tuesday, but never started on it. I'm still away from social media and will be quiet on this blog. My contact page keeps getting visits (22 page views as of this post), but no one reaches out to me. I don't understand. Same with my Linktree... people view my Linktree page but don't click on anything. I tried everything I could promoting my Ko-fi shop too. I know social media isn't a reliable place, but I try to promote it every now and then whenever I feel like it. Originally, I was going to make this post private to my subscribers on my WordPress, but decided to make it public. Be prepared as this is a long one. If you don't want to read this post, that's fine. Not a lot of people really interact with my posts here or that they care about me sharing my art. Let's talk about a mobile game that I've been playing since 2021... 5 years. And it's my first gacha game and only gacha that I currently play: Dragon Ball Legends. More like, "Greedy Ball Legend(ary maintenance)". I wish I never hopped on. I fell in the gacha trap. For those who don't know what a gacha game is, look it up or click this link . It's basically virtual gambling with getting fictional characters and you don't know if you will get that rare, stronger unit or not. (man, I miss that title screen.) I've never seen anyone 100% this game online, so I decided to do it myself and document what happens if you get all of the medals in every level. Wow, one-hundred percenting this game was a pain . I had to take breaks from this game because of how some levels started to get difficult - notably level 9. The final level especially: they throw so many enemies at you that your health drains quickly. Luckily, I played on an emulator that has a rewind option - SameBoy (it's a good emulator for playing Game Boy and GBC games - I recommend it!). After getting all of the medals in the final level, you're greeted to the same congrats screen and I thought that was it. Turns out, there's another screen congratulating you for getting all of the medals.  And then, the credits roll. That's it. I'm never coming back to this game ever again. My indie comic, SaGia is back to being out of hiatus and this week, I've been making progress. No social media and no YouTube because those two have been distracting me away from the comic and that it causes me to have some restless nights. I've been sleeping better, well, kind of as I tend to wake up either early in the morning or later in the day. It's gonna take me a lot of getting used to as my body is still not used to waking up really early.  This week, I've finished 11 pages out of 44 for chapter 15. Here's an out of context Lass panel - one of my favorite panels I've drawn for this chapter: If you ask me how long does it take for me to complete a page, I'd say 1-2 hours, depending on how much dialogue and details the panels needs. I've been doing two pages a day.
