I 100% completed a game from my childhood...

Note: post was typed on 4/22, but scheduled to post on 4/30. The game from my childhood in question is Enchanted on the Nintendo DS, released in 2007 to tie-in with the movie of the same name; my favorite Disney movie of all time. I got this at some store on the shelf and the part I hate about the game is playing as Prince Edward riding on his horse. I remember getting frustrated with those segments that I had my mom do it for me. The game follows the whole movie, but there are random slime or mushroom enemies that will attack Giselle for some reason. I remember beating the final boss, Queen Narissa's dragon form at night before waking up in the morning for high school without dying to her. Man, the memories. And I saw the entire credits too and quickly saved my game. I remember my heart beating fast during the fight, and I was scared that my mom or dad would come in and take my DS from me. The game's sword segments gets harder, especially post-game. And post-game. Hoo boy. Whe...

So… I worked on a new website, full of nostalgia.

Like my portfolio and official SaGia website , this one is also made by Weebly. I call it: Kira Kira Nostalgia Show. This site will have a blog portion talking about various nostalgic stuff, as well as various stage shows (sometimes).   I’ve started this website since Saturday night, and it’s still a work-in-progress. But, I’m loving with how the site turned out.  The inspiration behind the site would be me reviewing vintage and obscure stuff mostly on my Blogspot blog and archiving manuals over at the Internet Archive, which I started on 4/9. Previously, I was originally going to archive some manuals over at a website called ManualsLib, but the moderators are mean and rejected my submissions, so I chose to move to the Internet Archive after deleting my account over at ManualsLib. Another problem with that site is that it’s full of ads and has a negative reputation over at Trustpilot.  I was nervous uploading some stuff and preserving it over at the archive since pe...

Memes aren't the same anymore + other ramblings.

Back in 2022, I made a post about memes and in a paragraph, I mentioned that I stopping caring about modern memes. And boy, I'm glad I still stopped caring. I remember when memes used to be image macros or reaction images or object labeling memes. I was there when the LazyTown memes were big (We Are Number One!). Does Vine even count? Cory in the House became the greatest anime. Heck, memes introduced me to the late and great Chuck Norris (not just the memes, but a website I used to be on called Scratch when I found this game about him). I also used to watch meme compilations or people react to them. And now?  "Ha, ha, six [censored/redacted]even". Family Guy clips. Subway Surfers on the bottom of a video. AI. A lot of the memes nowadays on Know Your Meme, which was my source for learning about certain memes I didn't understand, come from TikTok, which I despise. And what's so funny about that dang number? I don't get it. And I don't want to know what it ...
