Showing off some photos (mostly plushies). This is for a WordPress post as I'm using the url instead of uploading the images which takes up storage. I like collecting plushies. I own a couple of some Pokémon, Dragon Tales (a childhood show I grew up with), Shinobu from Demon Slayer (I mostly collect plushies of her), etc... I'm only gonna share what's in my workroom. I have plushies in my closet as well but I rather show you my favorites. I also own a complete plush collection of an obscure anime I enjoy called "Magical Taruruuto-kun". I hope there's no more out there besides the ones I own because these are rare plushies and hard to find! They're all so cute. I might sew myself one of the characters named Raivar (or Rival according to the fansubs) because he lacks a plush (probably due to his black (evil) color scheme). I am working on my Dragon Ball Launch collection, but I've been so sidetracked and distracted that I haven't finished it yet. Ho...

  There’s a reason why I wanted to draw Misty. Her original English VA, Rachael Lillis, is battling through cancer. I pray for her recovery. Sorry if this post is short. I forgot to share this drawing earlier. Lillis was a part of our childhoods, voicing Misty and Jessie in Pokémon (and other roles besides that anime). It will be really sad if we lost her. Currently, there is a GoFundMe up (which has already met the goal!) but donate if you can.

Yes, that's me! On April 24th, my proof copy of my original manga/comic finally arrived.  I am happy to announce that the title of my original comic is titled "SaGia"! More details coming soon. If you want to see the short reaction, it's up on my Instagram @wimbearn. The full reaction of my unboxing is up on my YT channel! Thanks to my mom's permission, I can finally show my original characters that I've been working on in private (even while I was taking so many mental breaks away from social media). I have been working on SaGia since 2021! Holding it in my hands for the first time... almost made me cry. I recently approved of my proof copy and the physical version will be printed out by Comix Well Spring . I haven't worked on the digital version yet. In my full reaction, I said that the bleed is showing on the front and back covers (white and black borders). I did use their manga template provided but I guess they adjusted it based on the size of my spin...

Alis from Phantasy Star. Took me 2-3 hours to complete.  I'm gonna take a break from social media and this blog as I return back to college 4/1. I'm gonna be really busy Spring quarter. I may rarely post if I need to. This will be my last drawing for March. Social media isn't worth it anymore... even Tumblr hates me as I was trying to upload my drawing process of Alis there and it took forever to process and now, I can't upload videos anymore because the previous video is "still processing". Contacted help desk and instead get a AI response. I have a feeling they won't fix my issue. A workaround was to embed my YouTube short.  Update: The Alis drawing w/ my video process is up on my Tumblr after so many frustrations and delays. I think it's my old computer's fault. Tested on my phone and it seems to post fine. I also found two of the same post under my drafts and it was playing the video. Every platform I'm on is ruined by AI or AI generated ar...

Voice Acting Practice #1 was done last year. Voice Acting Practice #2 recorded 3/17/2024 around 10 pm PST.

For this drawing, originally I was going to do a lion. But it ended up turning into a cheetah with wings. When I drew this in my art class last week, my professor said "the Lion King!" and she also told me she had never seen the movie, which surprised me. I used watercolor pencils for the color and before I applied those, I sketched out my drawing first. Finished this yesterday.   If you want to hear my thoughts on his passing, I made a video on my channel about it. This really hurts because he influenced my art style (mostly my unpublished original comic) and I'm pretty sure he influenced your manga or art style as well. I met a lot of nice people in the Dragon Ball community. Thank you, Toriyama for creating such an amazing series and awesome (and sometimes goofy) character designs and world.
