Dragon Ball Z: Summon the Dragon Pinball by MGA Entertainment Review

Image
Another DBZ MGA product, huh? Previously (on Dragon Ball Z, lol), I took a look at the obscure Battleship knockoff which has never been documented online that much: Dragon Ball Z: Battle Strategy Game - Frieza Saga Edition. Something about the words "Frieza Saga Edition" suggests they were planning another version (possibly based on the Cell/Androids arc), but never happened. It's a fun game and check out my review on that. I want to add on in my review of that game: when I first got it at my doorstep and opened the game box, it reeked of a cigarette smell. I can’t stand those types of smells, so, I looked on Google for some help, used some dryer sheets, putting some inside the three boxes: one box holds the game, one box holds the pieces inside, and the other stores the two boxes and the figures which are in plastic - the front of the box displays the figures using a plastic window.  While that worked for two days, after I took out the sheets, the dryer sheet smell was s...

Dragon Ball Z: Battle Strategy - Frieza Saga Edition Game by MGA Entertainment Review + How to Play!

Image
Today, I want to show off a very obscure board game based on Dragon Ball Z. It’s so obscure that it has never been documented much online in full… until now. Now, this game has been talked about previously via a forum board from 2017 , a Reddit post from 2019 , and a short TikTok video from 2023 showing off the game from user andrew_hedgehog that I randomly stumbled across on Google doing deep research for the game. The game is called Dragon Ball Z: Battle Strategy - Frieza Saga Edition and it was released by MGA Entertainment in the year 2000. The game requires 3 C batteries to play. This game plays exactly like electronic Battleship, but there is one mode that I really like: Super Saiyan. I’ll get to that later. Before I get to how to play, let’s look at what the game comes with if you purchased it completed: 10 figures, 10 bases for the figures, the game, instructions, and red pegs that represent a hit and yellow pegs that represent a miss.   For the Saiyan Force… yes, that’s w...

Ultimate Stitch and Angel Review!

Image
This might be the best Stitch merch so far. I recently discovered this on Saturday by a Google search on accident and I was actually curious about this plush. After finding more about the plush via a video, I bought them and fell in love with them. They’re so interactive and fun and worth it! If you ever want a “real life” Stitch or Angel, these are worth it! *insert FNAF jokes here?* Links: Stitch can be found on Amazon and other stores! Angel is only Amazon exclusive. My review on Amazon: I rarely write product reviews… this is my first review on Amazon. I randomly discovered this plush on Saturday and got curious about it. I never really owned any Stitch merch or plushies, but after watching some videos by YouTuber See Rad of both Angel and Stitch, I had to get them! I got Stitch through another website since he had a better price. Wow, these are big; maybe life-size!  I did see some differences between the two: Stitch does speak some English, while Angel does not; she sp...
