Important message about this blog and how it's doing.

Image
So... I started this blog on the 19th of January. Originally, I started on Wix but it hasn't gotten much of a reach. I thought of returning to Blogger again after quitting my first blog I made while in High School  back in 2021. I would post art content and off-topic stuff. But you might notice, I have been doing more off-topic stuff and not on Tuesdays like I'm supposed to. As I'm checking my analytics and the page views, I notice that my Digimon Ghost game and Legends Arceus posts has been getting more of a reach than my regular art posts, heck while checking Google Search Console, more people has been searching Digimon Ghost Game content. Maybe cause they're currently popular, I guess.  So, I want to slow down posting off-topic posts on a not Tuesday and mostly post my art and the process of how it was drawn. If I really feel like it, I will post off-topic stuff, even if its not Tuesdays. I will still do off-topic Tuesdays until I'm done with it. I have a lot of ...

Chrono Trigger Fanart!

Image
This is fanart I drew last year of the Square Enix game, Chrono Trigger! I have never played the game before, but I love Akira Toriyama’s designs in this. Like with the Dragon Quest IV drawing that I posted on Saturday, this is another drawing that took me days or hours to complete. It's a redraw of a screenshot from the game's intro (I think on the PS1 version), showing off the protagonists in a photo: Chrono, Marle, Lucca, Robo, Ayla, and Frog. Out of all of them, Ayla is my favorite. Hope you like it and the process will be below.

Dragon Quest IV Fanart!

Image
This is fanart I did of the game, Dragon Quest IV. Originally, I was gonna just do the female hero, but I wanted to expand more on it. Hope you like it and have a good Saturday! There won’t be a blog post tomorrow and possibly Monday. There will be an Off-Topic Tuesday, so keep an eye out!

Pokémon Legends Arceus: A fun spin on the Pokémon franchise

Image
Another review, huh? Let's get right into it! This is spoiler free and will only cover how far I went into the game (spoiler free will be highlighted in green while spoilers will be red when I update this post). I haven't gotten near the end yet, so please no spoilers! Once I beat the game, I will come back to this post, update it and may post spoilers with a spoiler warning. NOTE: The game arrived at 5PM, and it was my dad's birthday, so I wanted to hang with dad and eat some dinner. I'll only cover what I played before I went to bed. Spoiler-Free Review: On Friday, my copy of Legends Arceus arrived and boy, I was excited to play. I popped in the cartridge in my Nintendo Switch, updated the software and got in. From the start, you may think a professor or someone will introduce you to the world of Pokémon, right? Wrong. God. Literally, God talks to you. I'm not joking. Something about the intro reminded me of Mystery Dungeon. He still introduces you to the world a...

Happy birthday to my dad.

Image
Today is my dad’s birthday, so I made him this drawing. It’s a redraw of an image I found on Google, but the original is in Spanish, so I will translate the image below. I love my dad. He’s always taking care of me and I’m glad he’s still working hard. I hope you are having a great Friday. The next off-topic Tuesday will be Dragon Ball related and when I get the chance, I will post my thoughts on Pokémon Legends Arceus. Take care. Original: Translation:

Bongo Beta Wooper: How I started and how it's going now.

Image
Back in 2020, beta Pokémon for Gold and Silver showed up on the Internet. One of them, a beta version of Wooper, was so loved that fanart and videos of him started popping up. I wanted to join the trend. I made a Bongo Beta Wooper animation based on Bongo cat and posted it on my YouTube. My channel is wimbearn, by the way, but I barely use it and during 2020, my channel name was diffrent. I am trying to be careful with it, as I'm a bit afraid my channel will be gone/terminated. Here's the animation (ignore the watermark on the bottom right): I got some comments on it, including a Pokémon Youtuber I used to watch named Woopsire. I disabled comments on it now since I don't want people commenting on my old vids that I think are bad. Looking back, I was thinking I should've used that one Arceus theme. But now, with Legends Arceus now released, I wanted to make an animation. I looked back at the frames I did for the Wooper animation, and decided to make Wooper diffrent. I th...

Dragon Ball: Qi Long Zhu Da Mao Xian Bootleg Walkthrough/Review Part 1: The Adventure Begins!

Image
So, I want to make a walkthrough on a bootleg game I've been playing. It hasn't been documented that much on the Internet, so I might be the first true person to cover it. It's not even covered on the Bootleg Games Wiki. I know that this is an art blog, but I also want to try out something new and different  besides doing off-topic stuff every Tuesday and posting art content. Reason why I make and push out this content on this blog besides art is because I want to make new friends who have similar interests and to learn some obscure stuff. And I want people to check out my art and to support me (I'm not forcing you to). This won't be an off-topic Tuesday post, so I'm breaking that rule. My goal is to grow. To be a big artist and voice actress. So let's get on to the game review, okay? Dragon Ball: Qi Long Zhu Da Mao Xian or Dragon Ball Adventure (not Advanced Adventure) is a Chinese bootleg for the Famicom made by Shenzhen Nanjing Technology Co., Ltd...
