Champion Cynthia Fanart!

 This is fanart I did last year of Champion Cynthia from the Pokémon series, when Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl released. I was inspired by Maetel from the anime, Galaxy Express 999 for this design, since I always think they look similar. Enjoy the process below.
