 Happy Valentine’s Day! 💖. To show some love this day, I want to show off some fanart.

This is based on one of my favorite Pokémon episodes, "Houndoom's Special Delivery" or in Japan, "Hellgar and Togepy! (ヘルガーとトゲピー!)”. I drew these guys back in January, and wanted to save them until now. Just like the Puka Pikachu drawing I did, I was experimenting with a new art style. By the way, I don’t speak Japanese.
