Ultimate Stitch and Angel Review!
I rarely write product reviews… this is my first review on Amazon. I randomly discovered this plush on Saturday and got curious about it. I never really owned any Stitch merch or plushies, but after watching some videos by YouTuber See Rad of both Angel and Stitch, I had to get them! I got Stitch through another website since he had a better price. Wow, these are big; maybe life-size!
I did see some differences between the two: Stitch does speak some English, while Angel does not; she speaks in her native Tantalog language. Stitch is more softer than Angel since this version of Stitch is based on the live-action movie while Angel doesn’t have a live-action version; it’s based on her 2D look although, this plush makes it look very live-action (if she had one!). Stitch has more phrases and movement and also, has two songs when his left hand is pressed while Angel has only one.
My favorite part is during tantrum mode for both, sometimes after waiting 5 seconds, the’ll do this fun game where Stitch/Angel will open his/her mouth and you must press their tongue before they close it. If you miss, they’ll give you another chance and if you miss again, they’ll give up.
These are really fun plushies! The downside is that they aren’t very cuddly due to their mechanisms, so you can’t sleep with them. And if I were you, if you aren’t using them, do turn them off because when I moved Angel to the other side of my room while she was sleep (her switch was on), she woke up although I didn’t touch her stomach or nose and it jumped me a little bit!
It’s sad that Angel is only exclusive to Amazon; I had way too much fun playing with her! I also enjoyed playing with Stitch too… he has way more energy than Angel. If you ever want your own Stitch “Furby”, go for it! I do recommend getting both. They don’t interact with each other, but they are very fun.
